After years of living life at full speed in the equine veterinary world, I hit burnout hard. Healing became my only option. Through yoga, breathwork, creativity, nature, and the love of a few soul-friends, I learned to slow down, reconnect, and finally feel at home in myself again.

Now, I hold that same space for other women. Create Space is your refuge. A place to rest, move, breathe, and remember who you are beneath the busyness of life. Because you don’t have to do it all. You just have to create space.
